1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Deinrim Health (deinrimapp.in/health), registering as a patient, or purchasing a subscription for HIMS/CIMS/LIMS software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Deinrim Solutions (P) Ltd.
2. Who May Use This Platform
- • Patients: Any individual above 18 years (or with parental consent) may register for the free PHR App
- • Hospitals & Clinics: Licensed healthcare facilities registered under applicable Indian law may subscribe to HIMS/CIMS/LIMS
- • Labs: NABL-accredited or registered diagnostic laboratories may subscribe to LIMS
- • You must provide accurate registration information. False information may result in account termination
3. Medical Disclaimer
Deinrim Health is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- • The Health Score tool is an informational estimate only — not a clinical assessment
- • PMJAY/Swasthya Sathi eligibility checks on this platform are indicative only — final eligibility is determined by the government
- • Always consult a qualified doctor for medical decisions
- • In a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital immediately
4. Subscriptions & Payments (B2B)
- • HIMS/CIMS/LIMS subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as per the agreed plan
- • 30-day free trial is available for CIMS — no credit card required at signup
- • After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription
- • Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
- • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
- • Non-payment will result in account suspension after 7 days' grace period
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent health records
- • Attempt to access another patient's records without their consent
- • Use the platform to practice medicine without a valid license
- • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the software or data
- • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law
- • Attempt to breach or test the platform's security
- • Impersonate any person, hospital, or organisation
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, trademarks, and logos on Deinrim Health are the property of Deinrim Solutions (P) Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent. Patient health data belongs to the patient. Hospital data entered into HIMS/CIMS/LIMS belongs to the hospital.
7. Termination
- • Patients may delete their account at any time from their profile settings
- • B2B subscribers may cancel their subscription with 30 days' written notice
- • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- • Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days
- • After 30 days of termination, data may be permanently deleted from our servers
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Deinrim Solutions (P) Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of health data, incorrect eligibility results, missed medicine reminders, or decisions made based on the Health Score tool. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal. We encourage resolution of disputes through email communication before legal proceedings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 15 days in advance.
