Deinrim Health is a digital healthcare platform operated by Deinrim Solutions (P) Ltd., registered in India. We provide Hospital Information Management System (HIMS), Clinic Information Management System (CIMS), Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), and a free Personal Health Record (PHR) application for patients.

For Patients (PHR App):

• • Name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender
• • Health records uploaded by you (prescriptions, lab reports, discharge summaries)
• • Vitals data entered by you (BP, blood sugar, weight, heart rate)
• • Medicine reminder schedules set by you
• • Family member profiles added by you
• • Appointment bookings

For Hospitals & Clinics (HIMS/CIMS/LIMS):

• • Organisation name, address, registration details
• • Authorised staff login credentials (passwords are hashed)
• • Patient records entered through the system
• • Billing and transaction data

Automatically Collected:

• • IP address, browser type, device type for security logging
• • Pages visited and session duration (anonymised analytics)

• • To provide services: Storing and displaying your health records, generating prescriptions, sending lab reports
• • Medicine reminders: Sending push/SMS notifications at times you set
• • Scheme assistance: Checking your PMJAY / Swasthya Sathi eligibility and guiding registration
• • Communication: Sending appointment confirmations, demo booking confirmations, and service updates
• • Improvement: Analysing anonymised usage patterns to improve the platform
• • Legal compliance: Complying with Indian laws including ABDM / DPDP Act requirements

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or health data to any third party for commercial purposes.

We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• • With your consent: When you choose to share records with a doctor or hospital via QR code or link
• • Government integration: When you authorise ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) linking — data shared with NHA systems only
• • Legal requirement: When required by a court order or applicable Indian law
• • Service providers: Cloud hosting (servers in India), SMS/WhatsApp notification delivery — under strict data processing agreements

• • All data transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption)
• • Passwords stored as bcrypt hashes — never in plain text
• • Health record files stored in access-controlled directories, not publicly accessible
• • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• • Breach notification: If a data breach occurs affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by law

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and ABDM guidelines, you have the right to:

• • Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• • Correct: Update or correct inaccurate information in your profile
• • Delete: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• • Portability: Download your health records in standard formats
• • Withdraw consent: Stop receiving non-essential communications at any time

We use session cookies (essential) to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings but some features (login, reminders) will not work without session cookies.

Our platform allows family members including children to be added under a parent's account. We do not knowingly collect direct registrations from persons under 18 years. Children's health data is managed by and attributed to the parent/guardian account holder.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will notify registered users via email.
